The Alzheimer's Association Mid-State SC Chapter relies on individuals and businesses to allow us to assist those affected by Alzheimer's disease. It is your support that enables us to provide free programs and services to those who need our help.

Other Ways Of Donation

Individuals interested in providing support to the Mid-State Chapter's services can do so by making a tax-deductable financial contribution. To help us process a donation that is made in honor or in memory of someone, please include with your check or money order:

Your name, address, and telephone number
The name of the person being remembered or honored
The name and address of the person or family you would like notified of your donation.

Notifications to families are mailed out weekly without mention of the amount donated. The Alzheimer's Association lists the names of both the donor and the individual honored or remembered in out next newsletter. Please notify the chapter office if you wish to remain anonymous.
